Fat loss looks easy on the internet. Too easy. People say,
" eat less and workout more." This advice sounds simple. It sounds
clean and fast.. Real life can be messy sometimes. One week you feel like you
can do anything you are drinking water counting calories and walking every
evening. Then suddenly Friday night comes along. Stress hits you.. There you
are eating burgers at 1 AM while watching random videos online. This happens a
lot actually.
Weeks passed. His progress was slow. His progress was really
slow. Some mornings he felt motivated to lose fat. Days he did not feel
