Flexitrain Diet - Eat Healthy And Train Healthy

Meet Rania. She's been getting up for the gym every day. Once her shoes are laced up, however, something isn't right; she just feels like she hasn't had good nutrition for too long. The rigidity, routine, and guilt of eating bread has taken its toll, and it may be time for a new approach.

If you know what we mean, perhaps you have heard of Flexitrain. Seems familiar? You can get a crash course on this diet plan, but likely there are several ways in which Flexitrain will allow you different options in a flexible way. As the name implies, when you work out (training) you can eat more; and when you rest (not training) you can eat less. This might sound odd, but the approach is fundamentally simple; the body does not run as an engine and require the same fuel for every day.

There isn't much of a scientific foundation on the diet because all the nutrients are still the same; protein creates muscle, carbohydrates fuel the energy needed for workout sessions, and healthy fats regulate the hormones.
